Welcome fellow Travelers!!!! This is a venue for those of us embarking on the RSVP Eurodam Cruise on February 21st. We are hoping that this will be an easy, effective way for all of us to exchange information, ask questions, and receive important updates in a timely manner. Also, we can figure out who exactly is going to be on this ship. Please be aware that Peter Carideo has absolutely nothing to do with the set up of this Blog and is only acting as our conduit to FUN!
Thank you Alan for setting this up! Please heed his warning - look for your passports now and make certain that they are not expiring within 6 months of travel...I will be additing information as it comes to me...I look forward to seeing all of you on february 21st - Peter Carideo

ReplyDeleteWelcome everyone!
ReplyDeleteIt is a damp, chilly, foggy day in Sacramento....The brightest spot on our February calendar is this cruise and we are already starting to get excited about it....
ReplyDeleteMike Tentis (Facebook anyone?)
How are people interpreting a "Twist of lime"?
ReplyDeleteWell,
ReplyDeleteI found these huge Lime costumes on ebay.
I did not get them, but I am sure they will be there.
The CC group is getting Lime colored sarongs.
I may wear it as a scarf. :-)
Ok...I am going to try and figure this out as this is the FIRST blog I have done. However, I did want to say "hello" to everyone and add my wonderful and witty comments whenever I feel they are needed. As for a "twist of lime" Jeff, I figured that we all could just cut the inside of a lime ring and wear them as c_ _k rings. I think Alan & Grant, Peter & Mark, and Michael & Mark would ALL love to join in with our "twist of lime" paraphernalia! By the way, this is Kevin (and Joe)! I will be working on getting a google account so I do not show up as anonymous...we will leave the anonymity to the midnight strolls! All the fun aside, are we thinking of a "group" costumes at all or what?
ReplyDeleteGroup Costumes are very popular and lots of fun. Just remember there is a luggage weight limit!!
ReplyDeleteKevin, jsut so you know...I just laughed out loud
ReplyDeleteJeff, I am glad you have made you laugh babe! Now, we do need to get planning! Alan, what are you guys thinking for the group costume?
ReplyDeleteHello fellow cruisers -- we are looking forward to seeing those of you that we know and meeting those of you that we don't! Only 5.5 weeks until we set sail! Best, Travis & Matt
ReplyDeleteSo...SHCarl...you are in Sterling Hgts? We are close to ya...Macomb Twp here. And Jeff, keep your comments to yourself about Magnificent Macomb!! ;-)
ReplyDeleteThere's another Peter on the cruise...Hi to all. You can't have too many, you know.
ReplyDeleteA non-costume question...anyone flying out of Miami on Saturday afternoon to pool transportation?
Looking forward to the trip, meeting everyone and temperatures above freezing. Hopefully a lot above freezing!
Thats right Kevin, Sterling Heights. Recently new friend of Michael and Mark. They rave about this cruise and I am looking soooo forward to getting out of this cold! Having trouble figuring out how to pack for this trip though. :P
ReplyDeleteAnyone booking any excursions? How are we booking dining options? How do we register to be identified on this blog?
ReplyDeleteHave to register through gmail...right Alan? I opened a gmail account and then I was able to post my name on here. Well Carl, welcome to the area bud! As for everyone else...are we doing any group costumes??
ReplyDeleteTo whomever I answered in my last comment, I mentioned opening a gmail account. However, it has something to do with "google" as well. I hope this helps, I kind of figured it out by just messing around and opening the gmail account. I think there are also directions somewhere on this blog site.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the welcome kevin! To anyone: We are flying into Fort Laud on thurs and looking for a place to stay that is near the nightlife yet not so far out from the port. I know we need to book soon, but I don't know Fort Laud too well and especially not the better gay clubs. Any ideas or recommendations?
ReplyDeleteI second that...we are also flying into Lauderdale on Thur and would like to know of a good place as well that is located somewhere between the port and nightlife! Therefore, any guys reading this....PLEASE share your knowledge. As Carl mentinoed, we all need to make our reservations as soon as possible! Thanks
ReplyDeleteWOW.........did everyone just stop reading this blog? Carl, did you have any luck with places in Lauderdale? My email is kpbub29@sbcglobal.net, feel free to email me there if you want.
